Wüsthof?s Grand Prix knives are formed with the perfect balance of high-carbon no-stain steel so knives retain their edge longer and never become discolored. The blades are ground and polished by computer, ensuring perfect tapering from bolster to tip, and the edge is then hand-honed for precision slicing. The tang on the carving knife and shaft on the fork extend through the slip-free, molded polypropelene handles for excellent balance and heft.
