I gifted these steak knives for Christmas. I already own a Wüsthof chef knife for a few years now and I knew these will be good ones too. As expected I got a comment from the person whom I gifted saying that steak seems to be softer now... I dont know whether its the knives! I'm happy to have bought a perfect gift.
