I decided to write a review for this knife, realizing that I purchased it Prime back in 2006. Such a satisfying purchase. I really enjoy using it and I've become quite skilled with it over the years.
I can make 2 lbs. of fresh pico de gallo in about 9 min 37 sec :D
My only gripe is the silly red Wusthof sticker that I felt I had to remove... having a sticker placed on this great knife is not indicative of it's high quality.
Strange to see that back in '06 I bought this knife for $63.99. I suppose that is satisfying considering that it now sells for more. Would I buy this blade today at an increased price if I needed it? ...
