The high quality of their construction is evident for anyone who knows excellent knives. These knives are forged, not stamped. The blades are plain edge and sharp. No serrated teeth are necessary. Someone can certainly buy cheaper steak knives elsewhere. But for those who want the very best Solingen stainless steel knives, then these set of steak knives are for you.
