This product looks nice. Unfortunatelly, I feel it a little light and does not heavy enought to meet my expectation. May be 6-inch Cleaver just like this. If you want to use this tool to cut meat with heavy bone, then you may look for another kind of Cleaver. For meat with very light bone, it works fine.

A formidable tool, the cleaver blade is thick, inflexible, heavy and forwardly weighted. Tough enough to chop through joints and bones.A heavy cleaver is an extremely useful kitchen tool for splitting poultry, disjointing meat, and cutting through rib bones with utmost efficiency. This exemplary 6-inch model, best for moderately heavy bones, provides hefty weight and sufficient blade length to cut through bone and cartilage with ease.
