Part of W?sthof's popular Classic line of cutlery, this knife and fork have a very traditional design. The knife's blade is hand-forged from high-carbon stain-resistant steel so it retains its sharp edges longer and is easier to resharpen. The blade is also ground and polished by computer to ensure perfect tapering from tip to bolster. A signature feature of W?sthof knives, the weighted bolster gives this knife the perfect heft.
