Customer Review: Quite simply, the best knife I own

The title of my review pretty much says it all; it has good heft for a smallish knife, excellent balance, fits well in my hand(I have somewhat large hands) and stays razor sharp with minimal fuss.

The price might make you hesitate at first, but in this case you DO get what you pay for.

Some tips for this (or any) knife's care:
* get a nice sharpening steel -- it doesn't have to be anything special/fancy
* use the steel every time you use ANY knife -- just 5 or 6 gentle swipes per side
* DON'T store it (or ANY knife) in a storage block -- use a magnetic knife rack
